If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, please return it. We will refund payment for product purchases within 14 days of delivery, minus any shipping cost and re-stocking fee (if applicable). Returned products are subject to a 15% re-stocking fee and must be unused and in like-new, re-stockable condition, meaning no wear, marks, dirt, or damage. Once a returned product is received, it will be inspected by our Receiving department, usually within 72 hours of receipt. The return will be processed and a refund issued to your credit card within seven business days. Please note that it may take a few days for your credit card company to post the credit to your account. All sales are final 14 days after the UPS, FedEx, or USPS delivery date.
Damaged or Broken Items
You may return an item if is "dead on arrival," arrives in damaged condition for a full refund within 14 days of delivery. Colton Auto Supply Warehouse reserves the right to test "dead on arrival" returns and impose a customer fee equal to 15% of the product sales price if the customer misrepresents the condition of the product. Any returned item that is damaged through customer misuse, is missing parts, or is in unsellable condition due to customer tampering will result in the customer being charged a higher restocking fee based on the condition of the product. Colton Auto Supply Warehouse will not accept returns of any items more than 14 days after delivery.
How To Return An Item
All returns are processed by Colton Auto Supply Warehouse. A Return Material Authorization (RMA) number must be obtained from Colton Auto Supply Warehouse before returning an item. If a product is shipped back to us prior to receiving an RMA number, it will be refused and shipped back to the customer at the customer's expense. Once an RMA number is created, our Customer Service team will email the customer with this information and shipping instructions. To request an RMA number, please contact us.
Customers may exchange product purchases within 14 days of delivery, minus any shipping cost. We want you to have your replacement item as soon as possible, so we recommend that you place another order for the correct item. In the meantime, we can assist you with returning an item so we may issue you a refund. Exchanged products will not be subjected to a re-stocking fee. However, the customer will be responsible for all additional shipping costs associated with the exchange (i.e., return of the item to be exchanged and the replacement item). All sales are final 14 days after the delivery date.
A 20% re-stocking fee will be applied to refused item deliveries. Customers who refuse an item delivery will incur a 20% restocking fee plus all associated shipping costs due on the returned item.
